Who is NorthPoint Assist for?
NorthPoint Assist is for sales reps currently earning $1,000–$3,000 per month in commissions who want to reach $10,000+ per month. We work with setters, closers, and hungry beginners willing to put in daily reps.
How is this different from other sales coaching programs?
Most programs hand you scripts to memorise. NorthPoint Assist trains you to think and communicate in real time — the actual skill that closes deals. Coaching is personalised, not generic, and comes from operators still closing 5-figure months today.
How long until I see results?
Most students see meaningful improvement in a few weeks. Real transformation — doubling or tripling commissions — typically happens within 2 to 4 months of consistent daily reps, call reviews, and roleplays.
Do you guarantee a job or placement?
No. We don't place reps into jobs. NorthPoint Assist is a coaching and skill-development program — we teach you to sell at a level where high-paying sales roles and commissions come to you.
What's the time commitment?
Plan on daily reps — roleplays, call reviews, and training. Most students spend 1–2 hours per day on skill work outside their actual sales calls. If you can't commit daily, this isn't the right program.
Do I need sales experience?
